Kim Le

As a second generation Vietnamese-American daughter of immigrant parents, she expresses the duality of her cultural roots and upbringing in her work using cluttered compositions and overwhelming sceneries. She works primarily in ceramics and occasionally meddles with other mediums. She first started ceramics in high-school which carried over to Houston Community College, then Austin Community College, and lastly Texas State University. She is currently working at Third Coast Clay firing kilns and making messes!
