Open Studio Independent Practice
This opportunity is for the artist who is looking to expand their creativity in clay independently.
Service Description
Artists will be able to come into the studio with all the perks of being a Third Coast Clay student apart from the guidance of an instructor. Session begins August 19 and ends October 4. It includes 32 hours during open studio time to be used in the regular 7-week session time frame with more flexibility than a 7-week class. Artists within the Open Studio Independent Practice should be prepared to work individually on their own projects during Open Studio hours with no expectation of demonstrations. Independent Practice includes 32 hours of open studio (to be used in 2-hour scheduled blocks), full use of the classroom tools and equipment, shared shelf space, 1 bag of commercial clay, 24 lbs. of recycled clay, access to brushing and dipping glazes, bisque and cone 6 firing services. Must be a current or previous student of Third Coast Clay.

Cancellation Policy
Open Studio reservations are accepted 48 hours prior to your desired studio time. Please remember to check in when you arrive to the studio. Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please begin cleaning 15 mins before the end of your reservation for the next student/class. Reservations are automatically deducted from your current balance. In the event we do not have a studio sitter, your reservations may be cancelled. You will be credited if we cancel reservations.
